DRE Position Open
St. Patrick’s Catholic Church is hiring a Director of Religious Education.
This position will be 12-15 hours per week. Duties include: Coordinate the Parish Religious Education Program and serve as Safe Environment Coordinator. Coordinate Youth Education Program, Vacation Bible School, Recruit Catechists and Coordinate Youth Special Events. Qualifications: Active, Practicing Catholic. Ability to work with volunteers and involve others. Background and experience in Catechesis, Religious Education or Teaching is preferred. Supervised by Pastor. Senior Citizen Mass
Join us on Thursday, May 23rd at 11:00 AM for a Senior Citizen Mass followed by a potluck and guest speaker. If you can bring a dish please do, if you are unable, please come anyway! The term “Senior Citizen” is open to interpretation! As always everyone is welcome!
Faith Formation End of Year Bowling Party
Calling all Faith Formation Students!!! We will have a Bowling Neon Night on May 8th at 6:00 PM to celebrate the end of the year!!! Please RSVP right away!! Pizza and drinks will be served!!
May Crowning
Let’s Gather for the Mass, our greatest prayer, to celebrate a great Faith Formation year, followed with a Crowning of Mary on Wednesday, May 1st @ 5:30 PM. Please bring fresh flowers, picked or bought is fine. We will have mass and then process to the Mary statue to place flowers. Parents are encouraged to join. Thank you for another wonderful year!
Ascension Mass
The Ascension of the Lord is a Holy Day of Obligation. Mass will be held on Thursday, May 9th at 5:30 PM.
