The Children’s Christmas Store!
Sunday, December 3rd from 1:00-3:00 PM in the Assumption Arena. Age group: 3-13. The Christmas Store is in need of gently used or new items. Items for men are especially needed. Cash donations will be accepted. Donations can be dropped off at the parish center during office hours. If you would like to volunteer, please call the parish center. Thank you!
Knights of Columbus Memorial Prayer Service
A memorial for the deceased KOC will be held on Sunday, November 5th at 2:00 PM at the Church. Please join us. Knights widows, families and friends.
2023 Pine Bough Bazaar
The PINE BOUGH BAZAAR will be located at the Dawes County Fair Grounds on Friday, November 10th from 4 – 7 PM and Saturday, November 11th from 9 – 4 PM. Numerous venders, handmade and unique items. The Catholic Ladies will be serving lunch in the 4-H Building and have a booth selling craft/bake items/raffle items. Please volunteer your time and talents! Thanksgiving Dinner
Join us on Wednesday, November 15th at 6:00 PM for a Thanksgiving Dinner prepared by the CSC Newman House
and St. Patrick’s Parish in the Assumption Arena. Sign-up sheets will be in the gathering area of the Church.
No faith formation classes on that night but students please join us with your family for dinner.
All Saints Day & All Souls Day
All Saints Day is a Holy Day of Obligation. Masses will be held on November 1st at 7:15 AM and 5:30 PM
All Souls Day will be held on November 2nd at 5:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery for a special prayer service to commemorate All Souls.
There will be an All Souls Day Mass at St. Patrick’s Church on November 2nd at 6:30 PM
A ministry sign up sheet will be in the gathering area of the church. Please sign up!!
Cinnamon Roll Fundraiser
The Catholic Daughters will be selling cinnamon rolls after mass on November 4th & 5th and again on November 11th & 12th. Orders will be ready for pick up on November 16th.
Senior Citizen Mass
Join us on Thursday, November 2nd at 11:00 AM for a Senior Citizen Mass followed by a potluck and guest speaker.
If you can bring a dish please do, if you are unable, please come anyway! The term “Senior Citizen” is open to interpretation!
As always everyone is welcome.
Rake & Run
Sunday, November 4th at 8:30 AM.
Everyone is invited! Bring a rake! We will run around to parishioner’s homes that need some help with their lawns.
Gather at the Church at 8:30 AM. If you don’t have a rake let us know, we will provide. This is a good opportunity for teenagers to do some service work and for families to spend some time together. All are invited, and that means college students too! If you would like your lawn raked, contact the Parish Office. Sign up if you can help.
Liturgical Ministry Training
Liturgical Ministry Training will be held on Saturday, November 4th and Sunday, November 5th after Mass. If you recently signed up for a new ministry we will begin scheduling you in December. All of the following ministries will be trained: Sacristans, Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, Greeters and Welcoming Committee. Please pick one meeting after either Mass to attend. Thank you for your dedication to our Parish!
